Founder & CIO
Nishchay Goel is the founder of Duro Capital. Prior to founding the firm, Nishchay was a Managing Director at Mousse Partners Limited, a New York-headquartered large single-family office, where he ran the India investment platform across asset classes from 2009 to 2018. Prior to that, Nishchay served as Managing Director at Northsound Capital, an equity long/short hedge fund. He was also part of the Private Equity group at Mousse Partners between 2001 and 2004, and started his career in 1999 at Merrill Lynch & Co in New York in the Investment Banking Division. Nishchay graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics, and received an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO).
